Sustainability and quality

The quality of our products is the result of an integrated process chain that is completely unusual in a mill – and which extends its influence far beyond traditional milling. We start back where the flour's definitive properties are developed long before grinding: in the field.

Working closely with experienced farmers in our region, we define seed quality and variety along with methods of cultivation and fertilisation from the outset. Even during transportation or storage of the grain for example, our process management system keeps a close eye on every step. As part of this, we and our suppliers meet stringent quality demands which go far beyond legal requirements. We don't just test that our raw materials are of premium quality – we personally guarantee that they are in advance.
