Speciality products
Many of our products are individually developed for our customers. If a particular product feature cannot be achieved from the existing Saalemühle product portfolio, our developers enter into direct contact with our growers. They are able to cultivate type-specific wheat varieties even in the short-term and process them in a tailored way.
For specific requirements, we also supply thermally and hydrothermically refined flours, e.g. for soups, sauces, breadcrumb coatings or as a starch replacer. We also offer lower germ flours for the manufacture of children's food or fresh doughs as well as dehydrated flours which are used in baking aids or ready mixes.
