Our computer-controlled production process, which is also monitored online, means we are one of the most modern mills in Europe. Hundreds of tonnes of wheat flour, durum wheat semolina and other products leave our manufacturing facilities every single day. The entire production process from sorting and cleaning through to grinding and refining our products takes place in state-of-the-art plants which set new benchmarks in terms of reducing contaminants as well as in hygiene and functionality. This guarantees that our products are always of premium and, most importantly, consistent quality.
