Saalemühle naturally complies with all known standards and legal requirements relating to processing, storage and delivery. Our own philosophy even takes us beyond these requirements.

The moment our raw materials are harvested, we track the grain using a bar code-based logistics system until it reaches our depots. There, our in-house analysis and development laboratory confirms the grain's premium quality and required properties round the clock. Once inside the mill, all over online monitoring of every stage of the process, including automated control and detailed documentation, ensures that every single bag of flour can relate its own history - should the need arise.
