By extending our process chain to include cultivation, we personally ensure that the quality of our flour remains consistently high from the outset. It's for this reason that our most important business partners are predominantly the farmers in our region. We maintain intensive dialogue with them, and together define every detail from selection of the variety through to the method of cultivation.

On condition that they provide complete transparency and traceability of what they cultivate, and permit regular checks by Saalemühle quality assurance, we offer growers a long-term, stable business relationship under fair terms. 100 % of the grain we use originates from farmers who walk this path together with us.
