The company

Saalemühle was taken over by the Bindewald and Gutting families in 1992, both of whom working in the milling trade for generations. The location, at the heart of Europe's most fertile grain cultivation area, proved to be the perfect base from which to achieve first-rate products. With more than 90 employees, we are today one of Europe's most productive mills.
